Social - Lewes Wanderers Cycling Club

Held towards the end of November to celebrate the successes of the season and acknowledge those that give a lot to the club.

Informal gathering on the third Tuesday each month at the Star Inn in Waldron. In December the venue changes for the Christmas pub crawl.

Training camps are normally pre-season and group holidays fall later in the year. Typical locations include France, Mallorca and Spain.

The Club frequently organises subsidised trips to the Lee Valley Velodrome.

Members often organise day trips either to watch or take part in certain cycling events.

This is an annual event which normally involves the club run finishes at a local pub, where family and friends join for lunch.

A great way to acquire new bike kit or sell your own. Free entry along with tea, coffee, cake and bacon sandwiches to keep you fuelled as you browse.

Gatherings occur throughout the year.
Recent successes have included curry and Thai nights.
