Reg Porter Round 3: The Speed Judging

Initial meet at Boots Uckfield at 9am as usual.  A and B Rides to make their respective ways to junction of Neaves Lane and Potato Lane, south-east of Ringmer for 9:45.  Competitors to remove any cycle-computers from sight and be set off at 1 minute intervals to ride two laps.  First lap to be anti-clockwise down Neaves Lane south, turn left onto Moor Lane, left again onto Laughton Road (B2124) and a final left onto Neaves Lane back to start.  Turn right at junction with Potato Lane, then left onto Gote Lane, left onto New Road and uphill past wind-turbine.  Downhill past Glyndebourne Opera House then left onto Moor Lane and first left up Neaves Lane (north) back to start.  Winner to be closest to the aggregate of the two target lap times.  Ride to Anne and Peter Baker’s house at 5, Dunvan Close, Lewes for refreshments afterwards.
